Doing More With Less, Managing Change

 As a result of this workshop, participants are able to:

·        Identify the three phases of change.

·        Learn how to prepare themselves for change.

·        Identify methods of influencing resisters, fence sitters, and change friendly co-workers.

·        Use strategies that can help workers through change transition and the beginning of new behaviors.

·        Identify obstacles that impede change and methods to encourage the group to continue on the change path, as well as methods of corrective action.
